We worked with a great contractor in the past but when were suggested Ivan through word of mouth, we decided to at least get a quote with him. He came by on time, came into the house ready with covers on his shoe (thought that was respectful and courteous) and through the conversation about the project we knew he was knowledgeable and right for the job. We went with him over our usual contractor and we were definitely glad we did. At this point he's done many projects in the house and we never look anywhere else. Always a good experience and always great results. He really cares for the project as if it's for his own home."
