"The overall experience was exceptional. Luis meet with my wife and I and did a walk thru of the property and provided us with an estimate within an hour of the walk-thru. I already had heard excellent things about his company from numerous co-workers who had FDC paint their home. I truly feel like we got an extreme value in terms of the service we received for the price. Since our house was a new build, we had a number of cracks and nail pops associated with the home settling. Also, entire house to include walls ceiling and trim was a blah beige. Needless to say, FDC had their work cut out for them. Luis and his team skimmed and sanded all these areas and repaired the drywall making the necessary repairs as part of their prep work. Once painting had begun, he provided a daily up date on the project and sent pictures. We meet on numerous occasions to go over things and I was blown away by he and his crews attention to detail. He not only meet the deadline but was able to get the whole house done a day early. He and his team treated our home like it was their own. Not a single corner was cut and he went above and beyond to make the house perfect. I recommend Luis and FDC Proffesional Painting to anyone who is looking to transform their home and eliminate all stress. Don't waste your time calling multiple painters to get estimates so you can haggle pricing. Just call Luis and he will work with you to meet your needs at your budget. Additionally, all work is backed by a 3 year warranty so if there are any issues or our scratch a wall moving in he and his team will come back and make touch ups or repairs free of charge. "It was very easy to schedule an appointment. I got a reminder call the day before the service. The technician called the day of the service to tell me that he would be coming to my house in about 30 minutes. The technicians were very pleasant. They completed the work in less than an hour. After they left I did find some dust near the air ducts in both upstairs bathrooms as well as near the return on the second floor. I used the dryer after the technicians left and I noticed that it seemed to take longer to dry the clothes than it had taken before the dryer vent was cleaned. I was surprised as I thought that the clothes might dry more quickly after the dryer vent was cleaned. It may have taken longer to dry because I had a very large load of clothes in the dryer.

"Due to a minor water leak a section of drywall about 8' x 2' had been cut out. The trim in this area and on the other side of the hall plus a closet had to be placed as well. The drywall and trim had been removed due to a small amount of mold from the water leak. I called George's painting due to all the great reviews here on Angie's list. I received an estimate on this work and in addition I asked for an estimate on some painting. I thought the estimate was very fair. George was extremely professional and even came to look at what the job entailed late on a Friday evening as he was returning from other jobs on his way back to his office. This was absolutely fine with me as I had no plans to go anywhere. George sent my estimate first thing Monday morning.
In the end I used George's only for the drywall and trim work. The job was easily scheduled and the 2 man crew did an outstanding job. I couldn't even tell there had been any damage. The trim work was outstanding as well with nice miter cuts. It lined up well with the existing molding where the miter cuts met. It only took them approximately 4 hours to do the job. I plan to call George's in the future for outside painting of my house.

"It went well. Mario came out promptly to access the damage to my basement and gave me an estimate that was within my budget. The work was scheduled and completed within a week. The guys Antonio and Daniel repaired drywall, baseboards, shoe molding and replaced the vinyl flooring in the bathroom. They also painted two large walls. The guys did an excellent job matching the stain on the shoe molding. And I just love the bathroom floor...what a great job. The job was scheduled to be finished in one day but they had a problem finding the shoe molding that matched. They were back the day and all is well. What a great job guys. I will definitely use their services again."
