"Amazing service. Jason was here the next morning and worked on the shower drain that was filled with grout from a tile contractor. Hired a local plumber to clear the drain and all they did was pierce the p trap in 2 places. Jason took over jetted the grout out, then sent the camera and noticed the 2 holes. Didn't leave me hanging over the holidays with family arriving in 2 days. Came back the next morning and dug his way under the home to replace the p trap. "He was supposed to be and out by October 10th because I had a painter scheduled for the 13th of October.  My painter even gave him a couple more days to get done and that did not help.  The painter had to try and work behind him as he finished each part of the job.  He even waited until the painter had his drop cloths down and started sanding the walls.  He spent a day putting the basement door in instead of getting the work done upstairs so the painter could paint.  The painter had to finally leave and wait until the work was done to come back and finish painting.  There were days when he was supposed to be here and he never showed.  If you choose to hire him make sure you explain to him that you do not use the foul language that he does when he is in someone's home.
