He and his crew did great work were done quickly and cleaned everything up. I had two small areas that cracked slightly due to rapid drying. I called Petey and he came out on a Sunday morning to fix them free of charge. "The has done a wonderful on helping restore this 1912 home and I continue to call them back to do more projects and plan to book them for other homes I own. The main drain line was rusted and cracked from the basement floor all the way up to the second floor bathroom, which they replaced. This requires tearing down an old plaster and putting in new drywall that turned out seamless. I decided to turn an old pantry into a laundry room. They ran the plumbing and electrical for the room, framed the old doorway and drywalled it. Many rooms had old switches and outlets that they replaced. Ceiling fans were old and replaced. The former for the attic was missing siding and the windows were falling apart. They resided, painted and installed new windows. They set a new toilet and installed a new vanity which required new water lines. Relocating the vanity also meant running a new switch and installing a new vanity light."

"We weren't sure exactly how we wanted the shower to look, we just knew we wanted it extended in two directions. Nathan helped provide options on what to do with the walls, helped us pick out tile, and even came up with the layout for the different tiles we picked out. He ended up having to do a ton of cuts because half the tiles were horizontal and half were at a 45 degree angle. Every single cut looks good. He built us an arched window into the shower and a nice bench. The shower was in our master bathroom and he kept our house clean while doing that work, which my wife really appreciated."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
