"I'm glad my husband was here since he stopped them from installing the fence in a way that we didn't want. They borrowed his ladder and didn't return it to him. They left it in our neighbors yard. He also had to clean up some of a mess that they left. He was able to work with their supervisor who went out of his way to correct things.
