"We hired HandyMack to repair, paint and seal our porch, pressure washes the house, and clean the gutters and downspouts. I contacted HandyMack on a Thursday and spoke to Juri Rubio, Macks spouse. We set an appointment for an estimate for the next Monday. They showed up when they said they would and we discussed the project. I received an emailed estimate that night. We agreed to the to estimate and set a time for Mack to start the project. He showed up timely with everything he would need. Over the course of four days, all the work was completed and on budget!! We have a small front and lower porch and an average size back deck. He cleaned and repaired all three, making sure they were safe. I chose the color and he did an absolutely fantastic job painting and sealing the porches and decks with excellent quality paint and sealant. I am so thrilled with how the work turned out and have already spoken to Juri and Mack about other projects for the future. Payment: HandyMack accepts cash and check. That is fine with us, we were happy to save what we needed and pay for it! Work Ethic: What can I say, that man is a perfectionist. He will do the job correctly and will not stop until it is. He is honest and dependable with a cheerful disposition. As I said, he was here when he said he would be here, he cleaned up everything and when he left, it was as if he was never here...except for our now beautiful porches. Would I use again: again and again and again!!! Come back, Mack and Juri!! You are the only ones we want to work on our home :)"

"Hershberger Gates did a great job adding a Ghost Control system to my driveway gates. I had an old system that failed and had lived with manually opening and closing the gates. I was hesitant to give the job to Hershberger because I was a bit out of his physical jurisdiction, but Spencer persuaded me that he was the right guy for the job and said he’d have no problem servicing me if I had an issue (although he said the Ghost System is very reliable). Spencer said he’d be at my place at 6:30 am…I thought he was joking…he wasn’t…and he was right on time. The system operates great… very substantial….the remotes are fantastic and the Ghost app on my iphone is even better. He thought he’d be here for 6-7 hours and he was done in approximately 4. Great honest guys! I’m a very happy customer in Asheville, NC."

"Eagle removed our old wooden fence and replaced it with black chain link. Time was of the essence for us. Chad and John started and completed the project in about a week, when other companies were booking 6-8 weeks out. Chad was responsive and easy to work with, price was reasonable, and our new fence is sturdy and attractive."

"It was great. I've had my fence for over a year now and my dogs know their how close they can get without getting a slight shock. They are an amazing company to hire. They are extremely knowledgeable and understanding with all questions even after hours. I also have their doggy door and I have had them train one of my dogs. Great group of people work for this company and the owner is one of a kind. I will only use them."

The time it takes to install a swimming pool fence varies depending on the project's complexity. A simple installation can be completed in about two hours. However, if your project involves concrete work, regrading, custom installations, or challenging terrain, it could take up to two full days. Each additional factor increases the labor and time needed to ensure your fence meets safety standards.
Yes, installing a lock on your pool gate enhances safety by preventing unauthorized access. A self-closing, self-latching gate with a key-lock mechanism provides strong protection, helping to keep children and pets safe. Securing your pool gate adds an extra layer of security and offers peace of mind when using the pool area.
A pool fence requires a specific height to secure the pool area. In most states, the fence must be 48 inches tall; some regulations require 60 inches for enhanced safety. Checking local building codes guarantees compliance with these height requirements. A taller fence strengthens protection and improves the overall security of your pool area, ensuring it meets stringent safety standards.
Mesh and tempered glass are among the safest pool fencing choices because their design and smooth surfaces make them resistant to climbing attempts. They provide consistent, rigid barriers that prevent unauthorized access to your pool area. These materials ensure optimal safety for children and pets. In addition, incorporating a pool safety net further enhances protection and addresses additional security concerns, ensuring that your pool remains a safe environment for all users.
Pool fencing requirements vary by local, state, and federal regulations. In most states, installing a pool fence is mandatory for safety and insurance purposes. Ask your pool fence pro for local regulations or check with your local planning department to understand the specific height and design requirements for your area. Complying with these regulations ensures legal compliance and enhances safety.
