"Ray and his company NW Elite Fencing and Construction removed our old fence and installed a new one. We were most impressed with Ray when he came to assess what was needed. He was clear and answered our questions. He gave his bid soon after his visit. He and his crew did very fine work. His crew was considerate of plants and areas in which they worked.
