"Crane Property Services and Steel provided our community with a comprehensive and competitive estimate for repairs needed to bring our pool fence up to code. They were able to get us scheduled within two weeks, and the crew arrived exactly when promised. Although the project was expected to take two days, they completed the work in just one day. The Board also had a couple of unforeseen follow-up requests, and Frank personally came out the following Saturday to address them. Excellent customer service and responsiveness throughout the entire process. We would gladly work with this vendor again and highly recommend them."

"The owner agreed that the work would be done by a specified date, but it was only completed a month late after several phone calls.
The gate that was installed is excellent. For the fence, however, plastic plugs were used instead of metal ones on the hollow uprights that project above the top rail, and one of them has already broken off.
If you decide to use this company, make sure you get a complete description of the materials that will be used. Also, if you intend to use the Angie's list coupon, make sure the specified discount is shown on the initial estimate. I presented the coupon after the work was done and the owner refused to honor it, claiming it was already factored into the price.

"Adam did two big fences for us including one that had complicated gating for an RV. Here is what impressed me: The fences look amazing and are beautifully constructed. Also, his scheduling, communication, and collaboration was amazing. Itâ s so lovely to have the plan become perfect reality and on schedule!!!. "The owner, Sergio, came out and gave us an estimate, saying the work could be done in 1 day. He came out the day before so we could sign for the job. They showed up the next day at 8 am and were done by 3 pm. The columns were reinforced with rebar which wasn't done before,"
