Mark showed up as scheduled, made some good recommendations on his proposal. "I love the gate! This is what I say every time I come home. It's beautiful, fits in well with the property, and is easy to use. 
Drew Dagan was my point of contact. From the beginning, he was very responsive and quick to resolve any questions or concerns. His crew - installation guys and painter - were professional and meticulous about their work.
The process from start-to-finish took several weeks. First, they came out to discuss the requirements. Then they sent me a design to approve. They then had to go build the gate. Meanwhile, I had to hire an electrician to run electricity out to the driveway to power the gate. Once that was complete, Drew's guys took a couple days to install the gate and surrounding fencing, and then another two days to paint.
When all was done, they trained me on how to open/close the gate with the clicker and gate operator. They set the gate to automatically close after 20 seconds. I also had them set up codes for our service workers, and that's when we realized that while  the service workers had a code to get in, there was no way for them to get out (since the gate closes behind them after 20 seconds). Drew & crew quickly resolved this by installing another keypad.
I would highly recommend Pacific Garage Doors & Gates to anyone who asked me. The quality of the work is outstanding and their customer service is top-notch.
