Small jobs welcome

"We enjoyed many beautiful days and nights on our lawn thanks to the time and work Green Bee Lawn provided us. We are delighted to be a returning client! Our lawn stayed green during the hottest parts of the summer, where our neighbors lawns turned brown and dried out. Timâ s careful attention to detail is astonishing. His craftsmanship noticeable. The equipment is nearly silent! A perfect fit for our quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend this company!"

"Tara came out to my place promptly to look at the job. She was good to talk to, and made some suggestions that I decided to follow up. The workers showed up as scheduled and worked fast. Clean up from the hedge trimming was awesome, and later I found that they had also done some needed trimming that I hadn't asked for. I'm very happy."

"The weather this summer was challenging with rain and then heat ,but Cully managed to make good time on the project once we were able to begin. He was responsive and did some extra things that he did not need to do per the contract we signed, which was nice.He was very neat and performed a complete cleanup essentially daily. He was respectful of the property and took time to minimize any impact on things like plants, shrubs, etc. Very happy with the service. Very competitive estimate. Uses top quality products, from a local, small business retailer, not big box store paints and stains."

"Oliver was very polite, courteous and flexible to help me keep the project on track. Other contractors caused him to change his schedule with me twice and in the end he came up on a Saturday to finish the job. His prices were fair, his craftmenship was excellent, and his knowledge of more than tile install was invaluable on this job. He was also quite helpful giving me suggestions when I asked for them. I will definately go to him first on my future project needs."

"Lowell Landscaping built a fence to keep our 2 small dogs safe. After the dogs escaped they were happy to come back and run boards along the bottom of the fence at no cost. We were very impressed and would hire Lowell Landscaping again."

FAQs for fencing service projects in Perkinsville, VT

Financial responsibility depends on where the fence sits. If it’s clearly inside your lot, you foot the bill. When it’s right on the property line, state laws—California and Illinois are two examples—usually require both neighbors to split repair costs equally unless you agree otherwise. Check your local rules before scheduling work so you know exactly what you’re on the hook for.

Start by walking the fence line and noting every issue—loose boards, leaning posts, cracked panels. Next, gather at least three quotes from licensed contractors, comparing experience, warranties, and costs. Once you pick a pro, they’ll secure materials, reset posts, and fix or replace damaged sections. A thorough inspection and a qualified contractor keep the fence safe and extend its life.

Straightening a leaning fence costs an average of $200 to $400. A fencing pro will assess the damage, reset or replace the posts, and realign the panels so the fence stands upright again. Fixing the lean early on prevents further strain on framing and keeps the structure both sturdy and attractive.
