"It went very smoothly from first contact through job execution. Some neighbors had recommended them as a previous contractor never did the fencing job he had promised. In the end, they were less costly and did a fantastic job."

"This company was professional, punctual, very friendly and put in a high quality fence. The fence has withstood a New England winter, without any metal hardware rusting or loosening up in the ground come springtime. Every worker was friendly, accommodating for all of our questions and needs, and even moved up our fence installation in order to have it finished before a housewarming party we were hosting outside! They put up a quality fence with about 190 feet of PVC privacy vinyl and 70 feet of black chain link in 1 day. The best part about this company besides their friendly demeanor was the price! You can't beat a company willing to price match! I have recommended this company to several people, and our neighbor is using them to get his fence installed, and able to seamlessly connect it to ours!"

"They responded very quickly for wrought iron fence gate repair and straightening. Prompt and courteous work. Also had them paint rest of the fence as an on-the-spot add-on and they were able to do a quick and effective job."

"He came up with a better idea than I had, he added more support anchors and screws. He was very easy going and polite. Very neat, cleaned up after and he replaced and exterior thermostat that was attached to the old part of the deck. I would hire Eddi again."

"Khaled is very reasonable, responsible and easy to communicate. I demolished two interior walls and replaced one very large custom window. Everything has been executed as planned and very well explained in advance. When I had any questions, he was easy to discuss and always responded quick. Overall, he is vey good contractor to work with and would definitely hire him again!"

Financial responsibility depends on where the fence sits. If it’s clearly inside your lot, you foot the bill. When it’s right on the property line, state laws—California and Illinois are two examples—usually require both neighbors to split repair costs equally unless you agree otherwise. Check your local rules before scheduling work so you know exactly what you’re on the hook for.
Start by walking the fence line and noting every issue—loose boards, leaning posts, cracked panels. Next, gather at least three quotes from licensed contractors, comparing experience, warranties, and costs. Once you pick a pro, they’ll secure materials, reset posts, and fix or replace damaged sections. A thorough inspection and a qualified contractor keep the fence safe and extend its life.
Straightening a leaning fence costs an average of $200 to $400. A fencing pro will assess the damage, reset or replace the posts, and realign the panels so the fence stands upright again. Fixing the lean early on prevents further strain on framing and keeps the structure both sturdy and attractive.
