"The phone contact with Superior Door Service was prompt, and courteous. There was some miscommunication about an appointment but it worked out well in the end. Shaun, the owner, inspected the garage door springs and tried opening and closing the garage door several times and determined an adjustment was all that was needed. we agreed to the estimate and work to be done. The adjustment was done quickly for both sides of the door once again testing the door for balance and if the springs had enough tension. All through this process Shaun explained to me what was being done and why. He answered other questions I had regarding the springs and hardware politely and knowledgeably. The garage door definitely works better now than it has in years. The service call was quick, worked fast and more than a reasonable price for the work done. "The project went great! From the day I requested someone to contact me and All American Fencing did, to getting a quick quote, and our fence fixed, was a smooth and easy process. Our new fence is beautiful!. We had a tree on our fence line and he did an excellent job, extending the fence to accommodate the tree, and it looks awesome. This is the third time Jerry has done repairs for my house.  He is always professional, prepared, and personable. When I called, since it wasn't a crisis, he came as soon as he had an opening.   He came and assessed my old hot water heater, determined it needed to be replaced (it was 15 years old).He explained the problems and options to me. He installed a new one, changing some of the old plumbing to meet current requirements, and as always, cleaned up.
