He walked me step by step of what he proposed and what he could provide in his bid. He provided a bid that included pictures of his walk thru of the rusted out fence from one end to another. He provided me a preliminary bid for my inspection and returned to my home to walk me through the process. Then he spray painted the areas that were to be replaced.
