"He did a good job installing my fence and new gates. My only issue was lack of communication. It was difficult to find out a solid day they would start and once the posts were cemented in, no one told me when they would be back to finish the job. I would still hire them again as I was happy with the work but would recommend they put more effort in keeping the customer informed as to the status of the job."

"This is our second time hiring Fence Tech NW. We were very happy with the previous portion of a fence repair and are happy with the two new gates. Working with Mike was very smooth- he gave us a quote shortly after checking the yard, started shortly after we said yes, and the price was as quoted. "Jon completed a railing and small barrier fence on the concrete stairs leading to our basement I felt that the bid he gave for the job was He contacted me in a timely manner with information about the job and updates on arrival time on the workday. The job included some materials from a local big box store, the quality ofwhich he was not happy with. He took the time to get a replacement railing because. “ he didn’t want to have his name on a job done with poor quality materials. He completed the job in a very timely manner.
