"What an incredible team Hidden Fence of Minnesota has! I had a fence with a competitor and adopted two dogs, who arrived faster than anticipated. The previous organization couldn't fit me in for 2 months. I don't like to have dogs tied out and they don't either, after a month of getting tangled, damage to landscape and other, I contacted Hidden Fence of MN. While I was frustrated, they were calm and kind and able to be at my home the next day. The training was amazing, they came back a couple times and trained more. They even brought a team (trainer and dog) to ensure my pups could face temptations. Just an amazing organization. There when you need them and truly care about what they do! "The saleperson met with us quickly after we asked for an estimate.  She provided a couple of different options as well as pictures of the different fencing.  She was able to provide on the spot pricing.  The pricing was pretty consistent with the others we had quoted and we chose artistic fence because their nicer option was 300 cheaper than the competition.  After scheduling out 3 weeks we were able to make a couple of changes to our original estimate.  The gentlemen that worked on the fence worked diligently and professionally.  It was completed in 3 days.  The only constructive comment I will make is they don't tell you that the dirt accumulated from digging the post holes is your responsibility.  We didn't ask in the first place, but it would have been nice to know that we had some work ahead of us that isn't included in the job.  The gentleman was very good about asking where to put the dirt/clay until I could get to it.  Overall, price was good, fence looks great, and no issues.

"While the quality of the fence was good, their process was very inefficient (I mean painfully inefficient). They took about 6 weeks or more from when they put in the posts to when they completed the last details. They came and went, working a few hours, then leaving to fix something on another job. It seems like they would have been much better off to just concentrate on one project and do it right the first time, even if that meant they didn't start our fence until a week or two later (even a month). Toward the end, I had to prod Jake about each little thing that needed to be done before I would pay him the remainder of his bill. I really liked their sales guy (one of the reasons they got the job), but in hindsight, I think he oversold me on Jake's work. Michael, one of the guys on the crew, was a true craftsman and probably is the reason we ultimately ended up with a nice fence."
