"I bought a Big Deal, $99 for $200 of interior wood repair.  I had severe, deep damage on my wooden sliding glass door caused by one of my dogs.  It was about 6 feet of deep claw marks. Dean contacted me a few days after i bought the big deal and was flexible with me about scheduling .  On the agreed upon day, Dean showed up on time and began to work.  By the time he was done you couldn't tell there was ever any damage.  He had filled the scratches, sanded the areas and primed the wood.  I was very impressed with his meticulousness.  I would definitely recommend him for your repair.

"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"The crew did a terrific job rehabilitating rotted sills before installing the windows.  They were patient and extremely professional -- real sticklers for detail and it showed in the finished product.  The work is outstanding.  We have not been able to use the windows they replaced for 2 years and it will be a real joy to have them open in the warmer weather once again.  The crew covered the furniture with plastic sheeting in the area where the work was being done prior to starting and completely cleaned up after themselves once it was finished.  We hope to replace a few more windows next year and will request this crew by name when we do!

Due to a cancellation Ty accommodated me the same week I called to schedule, and he spent nearly 6.5 hours detailing my 13-year old Acura I was planning to sell. He addressed both interior and exterior items on a list I left for him (at no additional cost), and was up front that a scratch on the hood + scratches on both the front and rear bumper could not be buffed out or repaired by him. The eventual purchaser of my vehicle was also amazed at the results and the attention to detail, and I will no doubt use this company again plus recommend to others. I received nothing about furniture placement or colors, just that I could buy things to enhance my room. So  I thought it was a way for the provider to make a commission off the accessories. I did not use her again. So I lost out on $39.
