"Jacob is very busy most of the time, but he is worth waiting for. It took us a couple of meetings to decide what to do about our furniture that had been handled so badly by the movers. We started with the most difficult, our bed.
He restored a Bernhardt king size bed that had been trashed by our moving company. We were not sure he could make it look good again, but it is beautiful. He honored the discount that was being offered at that time. Were very pleased and are continuing refinishing our end tables which he just completed.. We still have a dining table and buffett that he is now working on and later a couple of more items. 
We are very happy with his work and would recommend him highly.

"2 men showed up right on time. very professional. Told me up front cost and what they would do and how long it would take. They also had to move large furniture. I'm very happy with results. Carpet was original and never cleaned before...24 years old. I would hire them again."

"I had looked online for table pads before and had seen Berger's website, but never placed an order. When this deal came up through Angie's List, it was just what I needed to stop procrastinating. It was easy to make a drawing of my table using the materials and instructions they mailed to me. I chose the colors for the top and bottom and sent in my order. 
The pads fit perfectly and give me great piece of mind. Our beautiful teak table has been damaged over the years and I didn't want to get it refinished until I had a way to protect it. Now, I just have wait for an Angie's List furniture refinishing deal.

William called that same day and then came to our house the next morning. He immediately began the repair work, which was difficult and required real expertise and experience. "within minutes, I received a call from the very friendly and professional Michelle. Calling me all the way from California! Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Based on my extremely positive experience with Michelle, I will be sure to call her in the future when I need help with fur, leather or suede goods!!!"

We were very concerned with hiring a cabinetmaker to make a spot for our dishwasher. Our biggest concern was the stain on the cabinet (matching it once cut out). We read some reviews about Rafael and felt he would be good for the job. He was excellent! he was able to match the stain on the existing cabinet, made the cut-out for the dishwasher and also made a small storage area to the right of it. We would consider Rafael for any future cabinet work and would recommend him to anyone looking for his services. Sorry for taking so long to review you Rafael!

"I received an email about the purchase and to submit pictures of  my room. I then received an email back about things to buy for my room. I received nothing about furniture placement or colors, just that I could buy things to enhance my room. So  I thought it was a way for the provider to make a commission off the accessories. I did not use her again. So I lost out on $39.
