"First off he showed up on time, refreshing in today's world. He inspected our roof and gave us a quote that seems to be the going price compared to other quotes and the fact that we have very steep roofs and 3 stories from the ground in places. Dimitri was very professional and knowledgeable about our roof's condition and quality. When he found some problem areas he took pictures to show us and gave us a reasonable price to fix. He obviously was experienced in what he was doing and demonstrated that in the manner he approached his work and how he explained what he was going to do. He guaranteed his work for two years and we would highly recommend him to anyone needing their roof, gutters and downspouts serviced. Another important factor was this process was messy and his clean up was immaculate. "A+" in every way. $865.00 was for the original scope of the work and $101.00 for repairs (pipe vent seals and other small items)"
