"I selected fabric samples that interested me in the shop. I took them home and decided what would look best on my chairs and with my other furniture. I returned to the store a few days later with my choice and they completed their quote including the cost of the fabric. I agreed and brought in the chairs to be worked on. They were completed less than 10 days later. Citrano will pick up the items in their van/truck if need be. Happy with quality of work. They look great and are comfortable. The office seemed disorganized and cluttered. Showroom staff person seemed new and didn't seem to know much about the business but was cheerful and attentive. No one was in showroom at least once when I came by during business hours. I had to find one of the workers from the back and he was not really able to help."

"The two gentlemen came on time. However, I was given a price range for the sectional that was dependent on how many throw pillows and the size of the throw pillows. The works then gave a price that was almost $40 above the upper limit that I was quoted. When I told them that they were outside of the quote they said okay we will just charge the $200 which was the upper limit.
As for the cleaning itself it was just okay. I have two dogs that shed and they didnt even get all the hair off the couch. I also spilled some wax on the couch and they were not able to remove the wax or offer suggestions as to how to get it to come out.

"I had a very old cream colored microfiber sectional that I thought I was going to have to replace because it looked so worn and stained from teens hanging out on it all the time. It was in our basement "hang out" area. I did not think the cleaning would make a difference but it did! It was amazing. I've never had furniture cleaned before so this was my first experience. It was a great experience from start to finish. The owner Keith was very friendly and professional and was able to get me scheduled very quickly. The technician that came out was right on time and really did a thorough job. The sectional looks amazing and finally, Keith followed up afterwards with a phone call to make sure that I was happy with his services. I would definitely use them again and will refer them to anyone that needs upholstery cleaned. I found out that they also clean grout so will have them out again soon for that."
