"I received a table pad that was slightly damaged in shipping and the magnetic locking device did not work properly. I called about it and the woman I talked to was absolutely wonderful. She said they had a problem with the machine that made the locking mechanism work. The problem had been corrected and they would send me another. I did not have to return the defective one. They gave me a time that the new one would be done and delivered and their estimate was exact as to the time that it would take. They were highly professional and made me feel like I mattered to them. I am highly satisfied. The new one is perfect. They offered a good selection of finishes for the top and color for the bottom of the pads. The new pad was carefully packaged and arrived in terrific condition. I would highly recommend them to others wanting a good table pad."

"    IN the beginning we had several companies come in and give us bids and options on getting the cabinets repaired.  Two of the companies voiced that the cabinets were too severely damaged and needed to be completely striped and refinished.  with a cost that was between 4000 and 6000$.  I had heard from a friend about a process called restoration. with that process i was told that aged or damaged cabinets could be brought back to looking new for a fairly inexpensive cost.  Then asked both the businesses if they new anything about restoration both responded with thats not possible and doesn't work.      To say the least I was not convinced.   I then called my friend who told me about the restoration, she gave me a referral card for The Wood Doctor. Right from the start the wooddoctor crew made us feel comfortable about having them in our home. They seemed polite, professional, and trustworthy. I asked them about the restoration process. THey explained the process and told us the cost. In the short of it we preceded with them. THe results were awesome! "i have been going to Bills (proprietor) leather cleaners for over ten years.    Bill takes ultimate care in making sure he can do the best in removing any stains or water spots in my leather and or suede goods.  i have brought in purses, jackets, dresses both in leather and suede and it has always come back as PERFECT.   Bill will even call you when he receives the item to discuss the spots, his assessment  of what he can do to repair it and bring it back to new.  Worth EVERY DIME (and its reasonable) to see your item brand new again !! i have even fed ex"d items to him so he can repair for i trust no one else. "

"This was a special offer for 6 hours master carpentry on angie's list.   The only reason I give a "B" for 
professionalism is because the coupon was for "master carpentry", not cabinetry.  I don't know 
who's mistake that was, but I thought I was hiring someone who could and would hang doors and
the like.  No problem:  I needed cabinet repairs, too.  An excellent communicator and good advisor.  The repairs were very
good except for one frame piece that was not flush with the plane it should have been in.   He even got the lazy
susan in the corner base cabinet to spin freely... and those are always a problem.  The only disappointment
was that 6 hours was not quite enough to fix everything.   However, the repairs are good enough that I can 
paint instead of replace..  That would have cost $6000 or more.    Now my kitchen is ready for new appliances,
 new floors, new countertops.  All in all, a great deal for me!

"The service went well. They were able to clean the parts of the home I needed cleaned within the 4 hour time frame. Two people came out for the service and brought their own cleaning supplies. The vacuum they did use did not clean the rugs very well. They did have to come out quite a way to get to me so I would not hire them again because of how much the travel fee would be. They did fine work and I had no problem scheduling the service."
