He figured out how it was made and what was needed to make it work correctly. He and Natalie replaced hinges on all three doors of a high-gloss-finish, curved-front buffet cabinet, realigning the doors with each other and with the cabinet. They were as careful with the gloss finish as we ourselves are. Then they repaired and refinished many nicks and scratches in our dark walnut bedroom dresser and nightstands. Every piece of furniture they worked on is now in looks-new condition, though all are actually 20 years and 2 moves old.
