It wasn't as if they came to my home and did any service, they had to get me to send them a picture, and a template of the table, and then they make the pad from that. They were very proactive. There was something that I was ordering that wasn't correct, and they called to let me know it would be cost effective to not do what I was doing, and so they proactively they called to save me money basically."
