We had done our homework researching types of counter tops, installation, etc when we came across Master Craftsman. They did a fantastic job at a reasonable price - oh and installed a new kitchen sink - which started this whole process."

"The guys cleaned the carpets in all the carpeted rooms in our home and the price was pretty reasonable.  They didn't really move any chairs or light furniture out of the way, but they got all of the traffic areas we wanted done.
Just going off of appearances, the equipment they used was very old and beat up.  It seemed to do the job though and we are happy with the service overall when factoring in the discounted price.

"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"We had a small job but I was very pleased with the service outcome as I had an overall pleasant experience from initial contact to completion of the install. Solid Stone Fabricators rep contacted me in a timely fashion reqarding my emailed inquiry via Angie's List where I included a picture of cabinet needing counter and provided measurements and they were able to give me an estimate via phone and email based on the info I provided which I appreciated instead of wasting my time to come out first.
Gerardo who was my contact person was very easy to work with and very responsive to follow-up questions before the install. There was an error that was made by the guys during the install but Gerardo ensured that it was rectified and in a timely fashion as well, pain free which was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family and will use them in the future.

"Had to call several times to set appt. As soon as he got to our house for his 6 hours of repairs , he left to go to Home Depot for parts. He did a fine job on the attic floor repair in the garage but the work he did reattaching tiles to our bathtub/shower was horrendous. Will have to pay another repairman to undo / redo his work. He said any electrical work was out of his scope"
