"5/9/23 angi's / homeadvisor is a "nightmare" to leave this review. Both sites crash when leaving a reviews. IOs, firefox browser did not work....spent 2 hours on phone with angi's to get this review up. If you have the same problem call 888-260-2644 to verbally give your review. Mike was amazing. He came out 2 times and... Before the 2nd time on 5/6/23 he thought of an amazing way to fix the rooms to go recliner sofa. The 2nd small footrest that tucks under the couch on a cindy crawford sofa got stuck in down position, Both chairs on sofa. Really bad design since both went bad at the same time 3 years in. I and Mike Recommend don't buy Rooms to Go!! The more amazing thing Mike spent all that time and left me a drill set if I had to do more work later to fix the sofa recliners....FOR FREE. Only bad thing is that he got slightly mad in a text when we told him angi's could not find his company and we did not have his full name of his company. I understand since he did everything for free but it was angi's fault and should have taking it out on them. It took 4 days to get this review submitted."

"This 70+ yr old table needed refinishing due to neglect as well as sitting in water during a hurricane flood. It was refinished to perfection! Beautiful wood on top and the legs look unblemished. Would do it again!"

"The difference is absolutely night and day! Originally, this crib was a dark wood color, and not at all what I needed it to be for my little one?s nursery. I contacted Artistic Restorations and asked if we could redo it to look like some photos I found, and she said it could be done. when we put the crib together, I was so excited to see the vision come to life! It looked exactly as I imagined, everything was done perfectly. No strong smells from the stain, nothing left unfinished-I would definitely use Artistic Restorations for my next project!"

"MaShonna was recommended to me by someone I know personally. She showed me her latest renderings and I was blown away by how professional it all looked. I looked into the service and found it to be reasonably priced and thought that it was worth a trial run. I decided to start with my office which I believe is likely my most difficult project as I wanted a lot of very functional pieces but also wanted it to look elegant. My designer was amazing. She listened to my needs and wants. Any and all feedback was thoughtfully considered and addressed. My final design is perfect. It is incredibly functional while also elegant and stylish. It reflects my style because she listened to me. I've used interior designers before and, while they were perfectly nice individuals, it seemed they were trying impose *their* vision on *my* space. My designer managed to take my vision and make it even better. She came up with solutions to meet my needs that I had never considered! And, when I wasn't in love with something she selected or proposed, she was incredibly professional and adaptable. There were times when my wants or ideas weren't realistic or there was a better solution. She patiently and professionally walked me through her thinking each time I had questions or concerns. Honestly, it was such a pleasant process. I'm not sure I could ask for anything more! I'll be using MaShonna for many more projects! This service is an incredible value. I would have paid more for the service and product I received but I'm not sure I would have initially tried the service if it had been priced much higher. "Mr. Marvin Jones performed the furniture repair superbly- far exceeding my expectations. He repaired two joints on a family heirloom dining table, first carefully examining the problems, then set about repairing them. Mr Jones not only repaired the table, but used both glue and screws to make it nearly impossible to break again. He showed me the work he did at two joints, explained how he approached it, and offered me the opportunity to look at his work and identify any additional steps I would like to have done. There was no more work needed. As an industrial engineer and business attorney for forty years, I’ve seen some terrible work and also some excellent craftsmen, Mr. Jones is a true craftsman. Because I took possession of the table as a gift of this beautiful antique dining table from my grandmother, I didn’t know much about the table and I’m busy and didn’t take the time to look closely at the table; we just used it as a place for a meal. Mr. Jones surprised me when he pointed out the extensions that were in the table top, and he demonstrated the best and safest way to extend this six-foot long table two more feet in each direction! This was so helpful because we are expecting family during the holidays, and had planned to supplement the table with a card table. Because Mr. Jones took the initiative to explain the hidden features, our table can now seat four additional people, and the card table can stay in the closet! Mr. Jones cleaned the work area, and left for his next client, reminding me that I can call him anytime. I will be using his services again!
