You are informed that the delivery would be within 10 business days and you are contacted 24-48 hours before the delivery date and time. My delivery was in 5 business days. I think you can pay more to reserve an exact pick up and delivery date with a dedicated truck, but I was looking for a discounted price for my move and this worked out great! Nirva who was my contact at Forward Van Lines was very professional at all times and was there to try and help out when we were trying to agree on a delivery time of my items. She was very patient and always very polite with me when I changed the pick up date and final inventory list for my moving boxes/furniture 2 or 3 times and never complained.. The moving crew themselves were all very professional and respectful. I would hire this moving company again for a personal move."
