They picked up the table, did the work, and delivered it more quickly than their estimated timetable. And the work far exceeded my expectations. The table is old and had seen many, many years of hard use. They ask lots of specific questions until they understood exactly how I wanted it to look when they were finished. They obviously did the work with great care, adding a some extra stabilization and filling a small hole without detracting from the rustic nature of the piece. Our cherished family table is ready for many more years of use. I look forward to working with Frankenstein Furniture Co. again in the future!!"

"It was a bit of a difficult job, but Chase was able to keep at it diligently until he found a solution that would keep the leg firmly attached.  (The chair design wasn't very good to begin with.)  He made it work after multiple tries.   We are please with the outcome. If we have future legs of our remaining chairs have the same break, we will definitely bring them to Carmel Custom Refinishing.

"I bought a Big Deal, $99 for $200 of interior wood repair.  I had severe, deep damage on my wooden sliding glass door caused by one of my dogs.  It was about 6 feet of deep claw marks. Dean contacted me a few days after i bought the big deal and was flexible with me about scheduling .  On the agreed upon day, Dean showed up on time and began to work.  By the time he was done you couldn't tell there was ever any damage.  He had filled the scratches, sanded the areas and primed the wood.  I was very impressed with his meticulousness.  I would definitely recommend him for your repair.

I called the company to explain the wrong measurements and gave new measurements for the end piece and one other piece. The end piece then sent to me was wrong again."

Due to a cancellation Ty accommodated me the same week I called to schedule, and he spent nearly 6.5 hours detailing my 13-year old Acura I was planning to sell. He addressed both interior and exterior items on a list I left for him (at no additional cost), and was up front that a scratch on the hood + scratches on both the front and rear bumper could not be buffed out or repaired by him.
