"Beginning to end this is a first rate operation. Dimetri the owner answered my call promptly and was able to schedule the work on the next business day. The moss on the roof had gotten out of hand but he carefully used a scrub brush by hand to remove the worst of it. (Kind of reminded me of cleaning the tile grout with a toothbrush.). He used a low volume power washer to to clean every nook and cranny on the 2000 sq ft roof . He cleaned all the skylights and gutters ensuring that the downspouts were clear. Applied moss prevention chemicals. Rinsed off the siding, windows, and decking and cleaned up all the mess. He also noticed a couple of issues with the flashing and a vent collar that he repaired/replaced for a small extra charge. I was extremely pleased with the quality of his work and his professionalism."
