Ty also arranged contacting someone who could repair the leather driver's seat and give me an estimate for that work as well which was very helpful to me so I didn't have to take the vehicle to a second place to obtain an estimate for the upholstery repair. Every conversation with Ty was fun and professional. He listened to my concerns about what I wanted done to the vehicle and he was extremely accomodating. The Navigator looks fantastic!
