"The two gentlemen came on time. However, I was given a price range for the sectional that was dependent on how many throw pillows and the size of the throw pillows. The works then gave a price that was almost $40 above the upper limit that I was quoted. When I told them that they were outside of the quote they said okay we will just charge the $200 which was the upper limit.
As for the cleaning itself it was just okay. I have two dogs that shed and they didnt even get all the hair off the couch. I also spilled some wax on the couch and they were not able to remove the wax or offer suggestions as to how to get it to come out.

It would always come back to the surface after it dried. They came several times, applied different treatments each time and saved my carpet which saved me $$$. Otherwise I would have to replace it. Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration.
