"The crew did not do the back of the furniture.  The technician was asked about it and indicated along the lines that it was not an area in use. I did later talk to the office, and they said it was not a practice.  They do the all of the upholestry.  The office thanked me for the call.  The crew did a good job on the rugs and furniture with the exception of not doing the back of the furnitture.
