"Will adjusted and leveled my very heavy and distorted glass dining room table, which has complex-mechanism extension leaves and a very solid metal frame, after movers left it misaligned and difficult to operate. He figured out how it was made and what was needed to make it work correctly. He and Natalie replaced hinges on all three doors of a high-gloss-finish, curved-front buffet cabinet, realigning the doors with each other and with the cabinet. They were as careful with the gloss finish as we ourselves are. Then they repaired and refinished many nicks and scratches in our dark walnut bedroom dresser and nightstands. Every piece of furniture they worked on is now in looks-new condition, though all are actually 20 years and 2 moves old. I would definitely call Will Portman a "furniture whisperer" of the highest skill. Will and Natalie are friendly and delightful to have in our home, easy to schedule, hardworking and timely. Their fees are very reasonable."
