"I had looked online for table pads before and had seen Berger's website, but never placed an order. When this deal came up through Angie's List, it was just what I needed to stop procrastinating. It was easy to make a drawing of my table using the materials and instructions they mailed to me. I chose the colors for the top and bottom and sent in my order. 
The pads fit perfectly and give me great piece of mind. Our beautiful teak table has been damaged over the years and I didn't want to get it refinished until I had a way to protect it. Now, I just have wait for an Angie's List furniture refinishing deal.

He finished on time and the price was very affordable compared to others we had priced out for the same service, although honestly we received quotes from non-carpentry refinishing masters. I hired The Memory Mender based on Donnie's responsiveness and professionalism as well as the reviews from Angie's List and I am very pleased with the outcome. The whole story is I hired Donnie based on email communications from another state, I am TX and he is in WA, on my mothers behalf who needed this work done in her home. He provided great suggestions and options that made my mother's vision of her cabinets come to life. Needless to say, we are very please with the service and product this company. And being in the real estate industry, having experience dealing with subs, its is nice to find a company where they are professional, on time and do great work. A combination hard to find! Great job and I would obviously suggest people use your services."

"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"Mr. Oliver (George) was very professional and caring in his approach to explain all the necessary steps required to replace our failed drain pan in our master shower. He explained all the options available to us for our upgrade using the Onyx system. He answered all of our questions and we knew exactly what to expect during the shower transformation. The material arrived earlier than expected so we were able to start sooner. His demo and installation team were on time every day and gave me daily updates. The installation team took great pride in the work. The finished master shower looks incredible. Such a major difference from what we had used previously. My wife and I look forward to our daily shower under the new rain shower head. Also his team leader Pat went out of his way to give me advice and he assisted me in another small home repair that I was accomplishing. I would recommend USA Installations to anyone needing a bath or shower upgrade."
