"This was a special offer for 6 hours master carpentry on angie's list.   The only reason I give a "B" for 
professionalism is because the coupon was for "master carpentry", not cabinetry.  I don't know 
who's mistake that was, but I thought I was hiring someone who could and would hang doors and
the like.  No problem:  I needed cabinet repairs, too.  An excellent communicator and good advisor.  The repairs were very
good except for one frame piece that was not flush with the plane it should have been in.   He even got the lazy
susan in the corner base cabinet to spin freely... and those are always a problem.  The only disappointment
was that 6 hours was not quite enough to fix everything.   However, the repairs are good enough that I can 
paint instead of replace..  That would have cost $6000 or more.    Now my kitchen is ready for new appliances,
 new floors, new countertops.  All in all, a great deal for me!

I initially asked for an estimate on a small bedroom dresser and while Jeff was picking up the dresser, I asked him about a dining table that has a top coat of a design with lacquer that was chipping in several spots. I had previously contacted several other furniture repair people who said they couldn't do the work. To my delight, Jeff was able to refinish the table and deliver it within the tight schedule he committed to prior to Christmas Eve. "The job itself was done quickly and efficiently. However, downstairs ceiling registers were not all reinstalled correctly and there was no effort to cover furniture or clean up fallen debris.

"Deal stated that the sprinkler heads would be cleaned and adjusted.  Upon arrival I had to explain the deal contents.  Worker said he would clean the heads and he only cleaned about 2/3's of them.  I walked around later and many were not even touched.  I did get a bid on the repair of a broken line which I did request.
If a firm is going to promote a deal they should adhere to the details that I assume they define in the first place.  I did not get what I expected, which was cleaned sprinkler filters on all zones.
