"Install was easy. Up front cost was pretty low with Angie's List coupon. Monthly price is a little high compared to competing companies. Response time with alarms is excellent. I was advised to use glass break alarms within 10 ft of my first floor windows, which we installed correctly. I asked prior to installation if having one in the kitchen would cause false alarms due to dishes clanging, etc. I was told the glass break alarms are configured to a precise frequency that alarms with breaking glass. So, not a "no", but not really an answer. Well, every time we cook dinner, wash dishes or empty the dish washer, the kitchen glass break alarm gives a warning which would sound the alarm if it was set. This has caused us a number of false alarms while we've been away due to shifting bowls or plates in our drying rack. For the first several we've had to pay our police department $120 to check the house, and I was only notified after the first alarm that there was a cheaper option for a security company to drive by to check for a break in."

"The deal stated that they would seal up to 10 windows.  I have vaulted ceilings in my great room with two sets of windows.  When they got there I asked them (assuming they would say no) if they would seal the upper windows as part of my deal.  They said yes!  They also said those would only count as one window each even though they are a bay of 4 windows!  So they went ahead and began sealing what I would consider 15 windows and the sliding glass backdoor.  My home is a log cabin so the windows sit unevenly in some places because of the logs and they didn't even flinch at this!  They ended up using about a dozen tubes of clear caulk where they said they at most use 2 tubes on other houses.  They also ended up working for hours more than expected because of the amount of work my house required.  They didn't charge me any extra even though the work was obviously worth more than I had paid.  They were kind and respectful the whole time they were there.  The work was spectacular and they left no mess when the left.  I would use them again in a heartbeat!
