"I called Arc glass when our shower door suddenly fell off its hinges. Luckily it didn't cause any harm. They came out very quickly and gave me a fair estimate to replace our door. They were very informative in telling me they see many shower door issues happening because the shortcuts home builders take to do the easiest install that is not built for long term stability. They did a great job installing and couldn't be any happier with our new shower door!"

"I couldnâ t give a 5 star on the question of value received for money spent. Iâ ve never had a need for a glass professional so I had nothing to compare it to. The final product was perfect so I was happy to pay the invoice."

"Franklin contacted me the very morning after I opened the project. He came and replaced the glass by noon. (Same day service). Professional, prompt and very reasonable rate."

"Eduardo was very detailed and expedient in repairing the seals to my shower door. While other companies want to sale me a new door, he proceeded to replace the damage seals, glue the door handles and remove a rusty mirror from the shower area."

"We contacted David on 6/30/26 for a window replacement after 5pm. He was able to make it to our home on 7/1/26 in the morning to replace the window. He was fast, great communication, transparent, and reasonable. 10/10 vendor!!!"

"Install took place over two days (it was getting dark and the crew ran out of glass so they had to come another day to finish). They were quick, professional, and they worked with me on price and installments since it was a large job and I didn't have the finances available due to COVID related hardship."

"Great experience with Chief Glass Services. Replace my windows glass quickly, clean all the broken glass debris. Did an excellent job. We definitely hire this company again if I need future windows work done."

"Doug did an excellent job tinting a large interior window in my home. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me and my many questions. Very please with his work and professionalism."

"Missed scheduled appointments. Office called and said guys already at my home installing new window. How's that with no one home? They got inside my home without anyone being there. I was not happy. Not measuring the correct size of window and having to reorder window. They were $150 more than other glass companies"

"They were okay. There is a small nick on the last strip that I will fix it myself"
