"I needed replacement of two old shower doors. Two of their folks came out (very nice people), measured it off and gave me a quote. They were similar price to another good vendor but their supplier offers a lifetime warranty on the glass doors, so I went with them. 50% deposit, 50% when the job is done. It took some time, but the doors came in and they came to install them. Same two guys. They removed the old metal enclosure, installed the new one, and unpacked the glass doors to hang them. As they were hanging them, they saw some small scratches on the glass of one of the doors. I might not have noticed the scratches, but their installers cared enough to tell me right away. Then they told the office and agreed to install the scratched ones so I would have my shower back and order new doors to replace them. They did not ask for more money. They told me and promised to make it right. This was not their fault. The doors were packed in heavy shipping boxes just like 1000 others. No way to know there was a problem. New doors came in today, and they called me at 8AM to say so. The same two guys arrived at 9:30. They had the doors installed in less than an hour, apologized for the inconvenience, cleaned up and left. Again, real nice guys. I would use this company again, and recommend them to anyone. They did the right thing at every step. The owner even told me on the phone that they started inspecting the doors when they come in from the factory. That has to take a lot of time. Give these folks a shot at your business. They are worth it."

"Did a great job, and promised a lifetime warranty free parts and labor if any repairs were ever needed.  I did have a few occasions for repairs, got an appt not more than 1 week out and all was well.  One of the blinds broke last week, I stopped by to make an appt and was told that a service call was still free, but there is a separate "trip charge" of $50.  I can avoid that charge by bringing the blind by, but still a repair will take two weeks.  Without a blind in 90 degree weather on a western exposure window. 
To make it worse, I just bought another blind from them in November 2013 and was promised the same free service for life - today they told me that the free service is for the first year, and then a $50 trip charge applies.  I am so very unhappy.

"We took several bids to remodel our kitchen and one bathroom. At the start of the process, we only had a vague idea that we wanted both updated, without any firm ideas. We really didn't realize what could be done with either room. Charles had a competitive estimate (which was on the mark), but we selected him based on his ideas of what we could do with the bathroom. He basically gutted both rooms, including knocking out walls, taking other walls back, replacing all cabinets, moving lights, installing new countertops, and flooring. The results are fantastic. The craftsmanship and quality of material and work are top notch. For the bathroom, Charles suggested what he calls a 'Japanese style' shower and bath. Our bathroom is medium sized, but by moving a wall, he was able to install a deep soaking tub at the back of a full size shower. The entire area was tiled using a porcelain ceramic tile, that I would highly recommend. He replaced the vanity with cherry cabinets and quartz countertops, and added a set of shelves that sits on the countertop between two sinks. Because of limited space, he had a cabinet for towels built into the wall, so that it butted up against the drywall on the hallway. This gives a deeper cabinet by using the space where the wall studs go. The kitchen was just as dramatic. He removed one short wall, took out a built in pantry, removed soffits, and had another wall taken back about four feet. The old cabinets were replaced with cherry and quartz that matched the bath. The backsplash and floors were done using the same type of tile as the bath, just with a slightly different look. Because we had walls removed, the kitchen now linked directly with our dining room. As a result, the flooring that we picked for the kitchen now met up with the dining room tile (travertine) that we had. We thought it would look better if the kitchen tile continued through into the dining room. In the middle of the work, we asked Charles for a bid on tiling the dining room. At the very least, we wanted to buy the tile now, so that we would know that we could match it. Charles came back with a very reasonable estimate, and was able to add that work to our project. "Andrew and Adam installed a product on the outside of my windows to protect my artificial lawn from melting and burning. Adam took the time to find a company that sold this special material ordered it and Andrew installed it. This was all done in a timely manner. They showed up on time and were very professional and I am very satisfied with their work and would use them again for any window tinting work."
