"I needed replacement of two old shower doors. Two of their folks came out (very nice people), measured it off and gave me a quote. They were similar price to another good vendor but their supplier offers a lifetime warranty on the glass doors, so I went with them. 50% deposit, 50% when the job is done. It took some time, but the doors came in and they came to install them. Same two guys. They removed the old metal enclosure, installed the new one, and unpacked the glass doors to hang them. As they were hanging them, they saw some small scratches on the glass of one of the doors. I might not have noticed the scratches, but their installers cared enough to tell me right away. Then they told the office and agreed to install the scratched ones so I would have my shower back and order new doors to replace them. They did not ask for more money. They told me and promised to make it right. This was not their fault. The doors were packed in heavy shipping boxes just like 1000 others. No way to know there was a problem. New doors came in today, and they called me at 8AM to say so. The same two guys arrived at 9:30. They had the doors installed in less than an hour, apologized for the inconvenience, cleaned up and left. Again, real nice guys. I would use this company again, and recommend them to anyone. They did the right thing at every step. The owner even told me on the phone that they started inspecting the doors when they come in from the factory. That has to take a lot of time. Give these folks a shot at your business. They are worth it."

"The project was Applying Window Tinting. Jon explained the tinting options well, and he did a good job in professionally applying the tinting."

"This company came out, gave us a guote and advised us that all the old window tinting which we wanted to replace was under a life time warranty and could be covered by the original manufacturer. We ended up going with the local company that represents the mfger. But this company was very professional, had the integrity to advise most of our project was under mfg warrant, rather than just taking the business and keeping quiet. This is exceptional in today's environment."

"Communication was on point throughout the process. Very happy with my new window tint!"

"Excellant, professional work. I plan on using them for other glass projects."

"This company was highly professional from the first phone call all the way through completion. All the employees were friendly, helpful, nice, and personable. They genuinely wanted to help us with our special request of installing (not purchasing) mirrors we had already purchased for our home gym. Justin and Sage were on time and completed much quicker than we thought it would take them. The result is PERFECTION! Would recommend this company to others and will use for any future glass needs we have."

"Did a great job, and promised a lifetime warranty free parts and labor if any repairs were ever needed.  I did have a few occasions for repairs, got an appt not more than 1 week out and all was well.  One of the blinds broke last week, I stopped by to make an appt and was told that a service call was still free, but there is a separate "trip charge" of $50.  I can avoid that charge by bringing the blind by, but still a repair will take two weeks.  Without a blind in 90 degree weather on a western exposure window.
To make it worse, I just bought another blind from them in November 2013 and was promised the same free service for life - today they told me that the free service is for the first year, and then a $50 trip charge applies.  I am so very unhappy.

"glass fell off the shower door, he was so responsive and helpful. We have used him in the past and will continue to use him."

"Install process went smooth. Anytime I called they were always very helpful. Only real downside was that the glass break sensors didn't adhere to the wall well. Support recommended screwing them to the wall and that fixed it."

"Several months ago, Lifetime did an excellent job installing six new Milgard Tuscany upstairs windows, so we again hired them to install five more in the kitchen and breakfast nook. Sean was very helpful and professional in getting the work setup and contracted, and Enrique and his helper again did an excellent job installing the five newest windows. The work was completed in just one day last week, and the new windows look great!"
