"Delivery was delayed due to credit inquiry. After the concern was raised, shipment was rushed to us. Self installation didn't go as easy. Issue was resolved over the phone. The glass break sensor was a bit sensitive to loud noise such as cabinet door closing and door sensor repeatedly falls off and had to be reattached. Notification of alarm activation was fast and made to the right contact numbers. This prevented false alarm calls to the police."

"Gary has several teams who do specialized work.  The demolition was minimal, but the crew was meticulous about cleaning up any mess.  They put long cloth coverings over all the floors and steps.  Kraft paper was used on the hard wood floors to protect them.  The installation of the acrylic is clearly an art and the team that did it was artful.  It all came together well.  The finished bath is attractive, functional and does not look like a remodel.  It appears as though it was built that way.  The water was off for about one hour twice so there was minimal interruption of normal usage.  All-in-all we are well pleased and appreciate the quality work.  Gary has been doing this for a good number of years and his counsel and advice is sound.  His crews are professional and interact with the homeowners well.  We may well use them to remodel a third bathroom soon.
