"Called on the weekend and Chris called me back on Monday. We had a hard time getting our calendars together so he suggested I take a picture of the sliding door inside and out and text to him. He responded with a quote within a half hour. We scheduled the appt for Monday and the gentleman showed up within the estimated time. He was polite, competent, neat, and the job was finished within a minimal amount of time. I'm extremely pleased with the result and would use them again without hesitation!
