He came to the house on a Sunday afternoon, measured and emailed me an estimate the next morning. His price was fair and he said he could have the window in by Wednesday (closing was Thursday). When installing the window, Manny ran into a problem. He went ahead and got what he needed to complete the job and was back at the house at 6AM Thursday morning, just hours before the buyer's final walk through. The buyer never noticed.
