"The first two representatives (first one to provide estimate and second to take measurements) were very courteous and punctual. The installers who came about four weeks after the initial order (the windows are custom made so it takes a little while) were so nice and courteous. They were a couple of hours late due to traffic, but they were a pleasure to work with. They did an excellent job and left everything clean and in great shape. Prices are high, but so is the quality. Plus the windows are made in the U.S.A. and guaranteed for life. I would use Champion again, especially in a home I plan to live in a long time. They give a discount if you are willing to put a Champion sign in your yard for a few weeks.

"Delivery was delayed due to credit inquiry. After the concern was raised, shipment was rushed to us. Self installation didn't go as easy. Issue was resolved over the phone. The glass break sensor was a bit sensitive to loud noise such as cabinet door closing and door sensor repeatedly falls off and had to be reattached. Notification of alarm activation was fast and made to the right contact numbers. This prevented false alarm calls to the police."

"I was amazed. We had 10 new windows replaced, and after working a 10 hour day, I was dreading going home & cleaning for the next 10 hours. But when I walked inside my home you didn't even know they were there. everything was placed back to where it belonged, there was no mess to vacuum. There also was no mess outside, my garden was not even touched. The only thing I had to do was wash the windows and hang the curtains. They were very nice & polite, professional men who installed the windows. The windows themselves are 100% perfect. We could not be happier and could kick ourselves for not doing it sooner. They gave us a date in July for Installation. They arrived in May."

"This contractor was not very good. He showed up to do a job by himself. One man took 5 hours to clean all of my windows. Then he broke a Crystal on my bathroom chandelier. He knocked off two crystal and one broke. He reimbursed me for the cost but I had to drive 50 miles to purchase a replacement crystal and install it myself. This contractor used cleaning solution (glass cleaner?) and paper towels to do the job. He left paper towels all over my yard. I would not recommend him to anyone."
