Our shower door did not close properly for some reason, and Vadym fixed it promptly. He even found a leakage between the glass, figured out the issue, and fixed it! In addition, he installed a giant mirror for us next to our basement. He was doing such a great job that we decided to ask about our foggy windows. Vadym replaced packets inside the frame for us (something we didn’t even expect!) and now the windows are crystal clear! Within just a few days of contacting GEN 3511 GLASS he was at my home. Unfortunately, the mirror couldn't be replaced due to a damaged frame. I decided to replace both sets of doors as one of the other mirrors had a small crack. I asked to have it done as reasonably as possible. The job was completed in a few hours since I have standard size door openings.. Everything was done neatly and the doors look like they cost much more. VERY PROFESSIONAL"
