"The owner himself came to my home, unaware until the installation occurred that the owner was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful for my small window replacement. Treated me with the utmost courtesy as if it were a large job. He made a promise and fulfilled that delivery on day before Thanksgiving. We did have one window which cracked a few months later. Though there was a two to three week delay in confirmation of the repairs, they were good to their word.   We were able to choose our own glass company, then Quality Glass reimbursed us. They covered the cost of new, comparable low-e window glass, minus a small and previously-agreed to deductible. Then they re-appied the tinting to the new window.
