"Install took place over two days (it was getting dark and the crew ran out of glass so they had to come another day to finish). They were quick, professional, and they worked with me on price and installments since it was a large job and I didn't have the finances available due to COVID related hardship."

"After decades of wanting them but having higher priorities, we finally got black window-screens after losing electricity last month during the hurricane. As I saw on a YouTube video, black screens sort of disappear when you look through them (you can still see them). The gray/silver types tend to reflect the light and become obvious (in my opinion). Doug Conner did all the field-work; measuring, and coming back in a week to install. The price was well below any other estimates, and the screens are top quality. Our windows are no longer perfectly square, but he had the skill and experience to get it right. I gave a 4 for two reasons. First, he got tied up on another project, but did not call us to say he would be two days late to install. Second, the manufacturer failed to make one screen, and had the rest wrapped up in a way that made it impossible for Doug to count accurately. If he took apart the packaging to check, he risked them getting knocked out of square during transport. But, true to his word, he was back the next day with a rush-job to install it."

They were quick to respond, on time for EVERY appointment, and the installers were fast and cleaned up after the installation. The finished product is absolutely stunning! The existing frame in one room was framed and looks beautiful..... No longer looks like a builder installed mirror. The master bath has 3 different size walls which required different size custom mirrors and exact placement of the mirrors to look balanced. Ashton Reed was prompt, professional, and has a GREAT eye for coming up with a design that compliments the room! The end result is better than I could have ever dreamed! "John (the owner) came by to look our are large double shower and give an estimate.  In the course of our discussion, he pointed out some issues that indicated a potential problem/failure in the shower pan and recommended we have a specialist inspect before proceeding with his frameless glass system.  We did - and confirmed a signficant problem from the original install when the house was built.  Kudo's to John - it didn't make him any money and delayed his performing work for us, but it helped us out tremendously.  So now we have a new shower enclosure/drain pan and Raintree's frameless glas enclosure.  It is beautiful and definitely classes up the bathroom."
