Courney was courteous and helpful over the phone and took a message for James to call me back about the repair. The return call was an extra day in coming, but James then came over an hour later and did a superb job replacing both pieces of broken glass. He was even very gracious when I needed to hurry the process along to leave for another appointment, finishing up the inside work so I could leave while he completed the work from outside.
