"Delivery was delayed due to credit inquiry. After the concern was raised, shipment was rushed to us. Self installation didn't go as easy. Issue was resolved over the phone. The glass break sensor was a bit sensitive to loud noise such as cabinet door closing and door sensor repeatedly falls off and had to be reattached. Notification of alarm activation was fast and made to the right contact numbers. This prevented false alarm calls to the police."

The three young men who came out were very friendly and replaced 18 windows in one day. I am extremely satisfied with the overall quality of the windows.

But, throughout the day, there were minor things that happened that I didn't care for. One of the men had gone through our bathroom closet to find a box of Kleenex and set it out on the back of our toilet and used them. Two of them sustained cuts and I treated them. (I would think they should be wearing cut-resistant gloves since the trim around the windows is razor sharp.) One of them dropped a window, breaking the glass. Not all of it was picked up. And lastly, they took no care when replacing the window where my flowerbed is. None of these things would stop me from using Bee Windows again and I would recommend them to friends and family, but they do have minor issues they need to address.
