They are prompt, professional and do the cutting right on site to be able to get a perfect and exact fit. You choose the amount of sunlight/UV protection you wish for your needs. They provided ample instruction on care, future cleaning and service before they left and I received the manufacturer's product warranty via email a few days later (the Midwest folks handled that, so one more detail I didn't have to do!). When installed correctly, window tinting works wonders in saving energy and cutting A/C costs! I highly recommend them and their company is great. Their pricing is also very fair."
