"Bob with Integrity called me almost immediately after submitting the request online through Home Advisor. He answered all my questions with ease and scheduled an appointment to come out. Bob arrived on time and even sent text reminders. I had him fix the rollers on my 8 sliding glass door, which after his repair slides like it s brand new! I almost broke it several times opening it too hard forgetting I could now open it using only 1 finger! While at my home Bob also measured for a sliding screen door and replacing the bug screens on 4 windows. He estimated a week to get them, scheduled the appointment and showed up on time again to install them. Bob provided fast & friendly service from start to finish, I will recommend him to all my family and friends and if you re reading this review I highly recommend him to you!"

He ended up coming out twice because of an issue with the glass we purchased but was able to complete the job. Our shower looks beautiful and we are very thankful for him. "Neighbor accidently broke my glass sliding door when his mower kicked up a rock over the fence. It happens. Cen Cal arranged for them to take care of the cost. Cen Cal answered their phone when others wouldn't pick up. They came the next morning and took measurements and had a solid (fixed) estimate and collected from the neighbor. My class was custom ordered due to the measurements. The glass was installed in 5 days. The only thing that concerned me was the measurements wasn't accurate, it was 1/2 inch off. The installer used shims to compensate for the difference, so my concern is for the longer term integrity of the glass. Their limited warranty is only for 60 days, so what happens a year or two from now? Today's cost was $433. What will be the cost 5 years from now when it cracks from its own weight? Right now it is fixed."

Upon measuring, he was able to release the water out of the window for me free of charge. I could of easily just stayed with that. But because We are moving and selling our home, we needed new windows. A few days later he came out and replaced three of our windows. He was able to take care of all three within an hour.
