"They were super. They get an A+++ on everything. The price was fine, good. Quality was excellent. They were very personal, very professional. They were very exact on measurements and all that. They came out, put it in and cleaned up everything and just did an overall really good job. My husband was really happy. What they do. because it was a double pane window, they came out and did the measurements and stuff, then they put the order in for the glass. It was less than two weeks and they came back and put the new one in and that didn't take long either. They had to make the glass specifically to what you need so you know there is going to be a wait on that."

"It's hard to find someone who will repair old wood windows - seems like everyone wants to just rip them out and replace them. Ours are 75 years old with leaded glass panes - replacing them just isn't an option. I finally found Chosen and they were great. It took a little bit of follow up on my part to get things scheduled originally, but once I did so everything went smoothly. They showed up at the scheduled time in their mobile workshop. I had them repair 12 casement windows of various sizes. Some were swollen open and wouldn't close all the way; others were painted shut, and all needed their hinges replaced. They took all of the sashes out, refitted them to the size of the opening, installed new hinges, added weatherstripping (something none of the windows had originally) and reinstalled them. All of the windows now work great. It took about a day and a half for two guys. They were very professional and did a nice job cleaning up after the work was done. I'm sure I'll have them back to do the rest of my windows."

I told him that I thought it was likely too small of a project for him but he was in the area and said he was happy to come by to take a look. Not only did he come by, but he did the minor repair while here which was completely unexpected. He said, "sometimes it's not about the job but helping someone out". IMO that is a way to run a business. When I am ready to complete my larger project, there is no question who I will call. I will also refer him to everyone I know AND check with my building to see if he can be added to our preferred vendor list. I couldn't be happier to have found Austin and his company Quazs Glass."

"Sean was awesome from the get-go. He was incredibly responsive, answered all my questions, and gave me a "best guess" number over the phone even before he had seen the window that was being replaced. He then showed up with his team (exactly on time) and they did the measurements and were right on with their initial estimate. The glass was a few weeks out to order (given the size) but right when they got it, Sean called and set up a delivery. Again, they were right on time within the window that they said for doing the install and were quick to get the old window out, and the new one put in place. It went perfectly, and it looks as good as new. I will use them again any time I have anything glass related 100%. Thanks guys."

These guys were great. Attila replied to my request for a quote within an hour, and quickly followed with a visit to check out the windows to be replaced. 2 of the 5 windows I wanted to replace were especially challenging because they were high off the ground, and the narrow access on the outside of the house. When Attila and his employee showed up to install the windows, it didn't even seem to bother them. They were in and out in less than 2 hours. The quality of the work was impeccable, so I am a happy camper, and I would certainly use them again if I need window/glass replacement work.
