"I called Binswanger after a rock came through a storm window and an interior window pane on the 1st floor of my house. Courney was courteous and helpful over the phone and took a message for James to call me back about the repair. The return call was an extra day in coming, but James then came over an hour later and did a superb job replacing both pieces of broken glass. He was even very gracious when I needed to hurry the process along to leave for another appointment, finishing up the inside work so I could leave while he completed the work from outside. The windows look great and the price was significantly lower than another quote I got over the phone, so I am quite pleased.

"Install process went smooth. Anytime I called they were always very helpful. Only real downside was that the glass break sensors didn't adhere to the wall well. Support recommended screwing them to the wall and that fixed it."

"I was amazed. We had 10 new windows replaced, and after working a 10 hour day, I was dreading going home & cleaning for the next 10 hours. But when I walked inside my home you didn't even know they were there. everything was placed back to where it belonged, there was no mess to vacuum.
